the location was fantastic, being close to the train station and with convenient parking options nearby. Secondly, the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfect for our large group. The presence of two toilet-showers, a free washing machine, and a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube premium were unexpected bonuses that added to our enjoyment. Lastly, the kitchenette in the room was well-stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, making it easy for us to prepare meals.
The check-in process could have been smoother.

The hotel was at a central location, very close to public transportation, supermarkets, convenience stores, and shopping malls. the rooms were spacious, modern, and well equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, fridge. the rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were well maintained and provided with necessary toiletries.
There was only paid parking available at the hotel.

The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette that had everything you would need to cook your meals. It was also kept very clean throughout my stay. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.
The parking situation was a bit frustrating as there were only paid options available, and the prices were not clearly advertised. there wasn't much space in the room for storage, which made it a challenge to keep my suitcases and other belongings organized.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Base Urakami Aparthotel. The apartment was beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The spacious room had a separate living area and kitchen, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was pristine and had a luxurious bath and shower. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer with detergent provided, making laundry a breeze. Despite there being no front desk or cleaning service, the cost of the room was extremely competitive, and we appreciated the privacy and independence this afforded us. There were plenty of nearby restaurants with food delivery options, and the hotel's location made it easy to walk to all the main attractions, including the captivating Hypercenter Park, the Peace Park, and the Atomic Bomb Museum. Paid parking was available in front of the hotel, although it was a bit pricey. Our only minor gripe was the lack of a view from our room, as it overlooked other buildings or construction under the train bridge. However, this didn't impact our overall enjoyment of the stay. The self-check-in process was straightforward and made our arrival seamless. We also appreciated the multi-lingual wall display in the apartment, which provided clear instructions for using the appliances. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. we highly recommend Grand Base Urakami Aparthotel for its top-notch accommodations and prime location.

Great value for the price with clean and modern facilities. Conveniently located near public transportation and parking options. Rooms are spacious and provide useful amenities such as a smart TV with streaming services and a washing machine.
The automated check-in process was confusing and required specific forms of identification that weren't applicable to all guests. The lack of personal assistance during check-in and throughout the stay could be a downside for some guests.
